can you see into the future?
Oh, and you probably do know who owns it, don't you? Zbucks... just not really sure why making a thread about it?
Actually, i didnt know who owns it, i dont feel so bad now that i do though, thanks
Also, how many GWW usernames do you actually need? this will be your 3rd or 4th now

Lee
Why are you such bittered pompus ass?!
I don't get it why you get all excited when someone is caught doing something wrong (intentionally or unintentionally) ? Is that all the excitement you get in life?
Don't be a tosser Lee, everyone has it's demons...I'm sure you know all of ours now...
So theft is okay in your book?
Good to know, another person to add to the list to keep an eye on.

Lee
I was NOT saying that, don't twist my words.
Just scroll above and see your first post. It's the way you posted it. I don't think you need to be bitchy when you want to inform other fellow webmaster of someone's wrongs... It can be done without "thumbs up", right?
Here we go again, Chazing Papis all over again
They didn't get any of mine, but then again my content wasn't really their niche .
On a side note, you can expect lots of copyright violations from international based webmasters and I don't think that's going to go away any time soon. In my experience, 90% of DMCA violations have been done by non-US webmasters but the DMCA process works the same and as successfully on ISPs no matter where they are based. :signhere:
All I need to do now is learn Japanese and start hunting down these message boards that post everything they can find! :rip:
Hey Lee, why don't you open up a sub-forum for DMCA talks, that way we could inform each other if we find a site violating our content.
:elf:
Im now in contact with DannyZ who wants me to show him the threads in his members area with our stolen content on it so he can remove them.
It looks like we may be able to get this resolved without the need for DMCA notices although i am kinda pissed its up to me to tell him what content in the members area is stolen.. But so long as it gets resolved im cool with it.

Lee
Great this worked out Lee, Surpriced though that this turned out to be a US webmaster ripping another one off... by mistake or not.
And they lived happely ever after.
The end.
私はギャングを愛する! And mutts!
Danny,
For someone who claims to have a moderator watching your members area for shared passwords and stolen content, you are really opening yourself up to all sorts of trouble.
Might be time to fire the person you have moderating your members area board that posts stolen users/passes and content and hire someone that isnt going to end you up in a shitload of legal trouble.
Im done, DMCA is on the way to your host, i tried playing nice, it obviously didnt work.
Regards,
Lee
