Why do the 'big dogs' allow affiliates which run password trading sites in their programs? The tiny conversion ratios that must come from this can not be worth the endorsement of the practice.

People who are leeching passwords from these trading sites
definitely have the mentality that they will find working
stolen passes if they just search through enough of
these forums. It's got to be a rare day when they pull their
credit card out.

The presence of these banners on the password trading sites indicates an endorsement of the practice. In the twisted thinking of the password trader, the are being supported by those that they are stealing/attempting to steal from. I don't get it.
