    THE SOPRANOS ending

Okay, the show builds the tension and ultimately leaves everyone on the brink of NOWHERE.

    That's bad enough.

What's WORSE is that there are some people who are actually buying the notion that this chickensh*t non-ending is really some kind of "brilliant" conclusion to the series. Yeah ... build the tension for fans who loyally supported the show through the years, then end it abruptly with perhaps the biggest anticlimactic inconclusion in television history. They didn't have the talent or the balls to write an ending that could satisfy even a majority of the fans, so they screw EVERYONE over in a way that leaves NO one satisfied. yeah ... that's "brilliant". That's so "arty" and ingenius. Please!

I can't believe that there are actually people out there who are buying into this half-witted notion. Was the ending so bad that they're in shock and can only make sense of the whole thing by moronically coming to the inane conclusion that the ending was so artistic and innovative that it went over their heads?

Or are they just that stupid?

You do realize by 'gay' I mean a man who has sex with other men?

    the second coming

I would of bet Tony would have been bumped of at the end. BUT the ending clearly leaves off preparing for a movie, if not the actual return of the series . At least they killed Phil. Rude bastard deserved it

I've always been openly gay. It would never occur to me to behave otherwise.

Since I couldn't watch it live, I had to download it off the internet (shhhhh)... I thought there was a bug at the end but I guess it is really ending like that..

I was hoping for some more action though.

I big to differ. The castaways never did make it off of Gilligan's Island.

And after Cindy Williams left Laverne and Shirley and it went downhill I really would have liked her to come back and make one last good episode for the season fanale. Shirley should have realized her true love was Carmine, left Dr. Meanie (whom we never did actually see) and come running back to marry Carmine.

But instead we had Carmine auditioning for Hair. He wasn't even a main character! WTF???

So don't talk to me about anticlimactic. Grrrrrrrrr......

You're right. And even though Gilligans Island eventually did have that movie that showed them being rescued, Laverne and Shirley is still an open wound.

Yeah, you do have a point. And at the Laverne & Shirley reunion special just a few years ago they did do a skit where they tried out for a "Great Race" type reality show (forgetting the fact that if L&S were alive today, being that the show was supposed to take place in the 50's and 60's that they would now be in their 70's) and you find out that Laverne had been married several times and has several juvenile delinquent kids. LOL!

LOL that's not a bad idea. I'd like to see what they were all up to. Especially Lenny and Squiggy.

Jerry Springer could play Laverne's dad's corpes.
