Pissing videos

Hello everyone.

I'm new to the production end of things , after starring in films with or without my brother for four years. This website has been a tremendous learning experience for me, thanks to you all :-) I shoot for Young Recruits among other sites, and I was asked if i would produce pissing videos.

I checked out boyfetish.com to get a feel for the format and what all is involved before making a commitment. I noticed Rocky of EON films produces these videoes, even starring in one himself. So I guess if he makes them, there must be a market. Is it legal ? Are you pushing the legal envelope of you let a guy take piss in the face as he did, or can can you make such films without getting so graphic ? Rocky really seemed to enjoy taking it , it is a legal defense if the guy is "into it" as opposed to rape etc ? Are there lawyers you can discuss the pros and cons with ?

Piss videos definitely sell really well, but most everyone we've spoken with says that they are way far out on the edge and some say well over it.

There was a recent case where federal charges were brought against a producer making piss videos, and for that reason, we've decided not to even carry them in our video store, let alone produce them.

Each producer has to make his own decision as to what's comfortable for him or her, but for us it's too big a risk.

You may want to talk to Chad Belville and discuss with him, he's an attorney that represents a large percentage of the big companies in the gay side of the industry (as well as lot of straight companies) and we like the fact that he's good at clearly explaining and spelling out the risks without being a "nervous Nellie"

Also, in addition to what Chip mentioned, you are going to be hard pushed to find a processor that will take payments for watersports content, if you are looking at using them as content for a website.

Yikes.

Boyfetish really does take it to the edge... no warning page, 2257 link not compliant with the law, explicit content clearly visible to anyone who accidentally stumbles across the site, and sexual situations with someone in bondage.

All VERY risky from an obscenity/compliance standpoint. I wouldn't use these guys as the reference point of what's OK.

I was just wondering because I have heard of eon films and seen rocky at the Vegas, shows. So i thought if a major award nominated producer like that would get pissed in the face that maybe this was more mainstream ( no pun intended ) then I thought. I have similiar questions posted elsewhere but I think my question has been anwered


But clearly your insightful comments have corrected that impression . Screw Baskin Robbins 31 flavors, I'll stick with Plain old Vanilla :-)

I don't produce the videos. I shot custom content for a friend and he owns the rights to it.

Whether taking the piss in the face, or riding 9 nice, fat,coffee colored inches, ( very hot video goddamnit ) you lead by example , truly the American way ! Do you date interracially off camera as well ? What ever happened with Ashton, doesn' t he work for you ?

You need to work on your baiting skills more, quite frankly they suck.
