My short time in the industry seems to involve watching people build names for themselves and then be absorbed by Epoch. Sure, Rainy and Holly aren't exactly a long trend, but it's till notable in my little world. If I were a program owner I'd consider always talk badly of my affiliate reps. "Sure she's responsive to the customers and everyone knows her, but she lets food rot in her desk, is verbally abusive to her coworkers, and is a biter."
