OK.. we've talked about this numb-skull before.

Although I have to say it's pretty funny how he's gone and placed himself right behing the 8-ball for us.

Since the movies he pirated from us were deleted from Daily Motion, he's now hosting the stolen videos himself... kind of the on-line equivalent of having your hand in the cookie jar.

I sent him an email and told him to stop posting our videos... I got this email from him saying "I don't know what you're talking about, I just post videos that my visitors send me."

(he also used the description from Fratmen.com that he'd copied and pasted from the DVD write-up, so it's not like he thought that was an amateur movie.)

OH well... legal team is already on it.. you all might want to go after him yourself. Last week he had movies from Corbin Fisher, Sean Cody, Men At Play, Bel Ami, All American heros, Active Duty...

Now that he's rebuilding it, he's got Fratmen, Bel Ami, AAM, Corbin Fisher and a couple I dont' recognize.. but he says he's replacing the videos that got deleted last week. You all might want to check for your content.

So much talk about stolen content lately but there are still little to no ways to combat this other than us having to waste time sending DMCAs to hosting companies etc.

I wonder, do you folks think it would be a good tool to have a 'form' where webmasters can just fill in their details and the address to where the DMCA needed to be sent and hit a button and it then 'lists' the sites where the most DMCA requests are being sent to?

At this point, the guy understands that DMCA/C&D is a joke.

I upload stolen content, I get a DMCA/C&D - I move servers - I repost videos - I get a DMCA/C&D - I get a new server

His biggest loss is the time to switch servers and upload his content.

If you own the content, TAKE HIM TO COURT!

I've finally reached one, it seems.

I took the time to explain to him how what he's doing is illegal and can land him in a lot of trouble.

He says he's interested in maybe going legit, becomming a real blogger and posting about the porn and making some money.

Well see..

Either way, he's taken down the Fratmen content from his blog.
