It's been on here for around 5 or 6 months now. It's like a Keyword tagger or keyword Cloud you would find on a blog. It uses h1 h2 h3 h4 h5 and pulls popular keywords from the site/forum/blog because search engines like those header text keywords

I check it from time to time when I'm board. It reads like someone just learning teh English.

I think Lee wrote about this a while back when he was cleaning up things, he wondered if anyone even used it. It was much to the same reaction as you has xstr8guy, no one knew what it was.
