Most forums are for anyone associated with the adult industry, and that means affiliates as well! Forums really want to see the affiliates attending, so they can show you their programs, help with questions, and so on.

There is a decent listing of most industry events on AdultWhosWho.com guys and girls. Check that out if you need more specific information like locations, dates, and sponsor websites of other events. That's what I use to keep track of the numerous events.
