Need Expertise in Enhancing my site

I recently launched a member pay site...It has some of the basics but needs more work...

The developer that I was working with is no longer available and I am looking for someone that can handle some minor repairs but also some major enhancements.

At a minimum, I am looking for someone that can re-vamp the look and feel of the site...Make it a bit more enticing and welcoming, clean up the Free tour...and basically start to build the brand and image that I have the vision of...

I am looking for someone that is reliable, professional, and easy to reach as we will be working closely together.

Ideally, it would be great to find someone that has graphic design skills, and programming skills all bundled together. Experience with adult websites is a must, Gay Pay Sites is preferred.

Familiarity with Search engine optimization, TGP's, Banner design, etc...and more is where the focus is right now...

This can lead to multiple projects if your deliverables are on-time and delivered with quality.

I don't have tonnes of money to throw at this...I have already done that...and it didn't work...surprise surprise...yet I am still here looking for someone yet again..
