I haven't gotten this recently (a month or so).

The first one I rec'd I never heard back from them, so I just considered it a spam, unfortunately.

Think you might be having trouble because of the language barriers.. but I replied and sent off some photos ... I think last year at this time.. and the year before that..

They listed my site.. its in a directory at the front of the book (which is read back to front). The directory lists mostly amateur bears sites.

In return (2 years in a row) they sent me a copy of the magazine.. which is beautifully produced.. it has cartoons (manga - I believe is the term for erotic artwook) and photographs of large beefy men... they seem to like North American bear/trucker types.. a lot of the photos involve bondage and older business men.. and the frontal genitals are blurred out.

The book didn't come till months later.. so you have have to wait for it to come from Tokyo.. but its worth it - if only to check it out... its definately a conversation piece... and a totally different culture... quite fascinating actually.

I had a Korean art magazine contact me via email once. They asked if they could publish some of my art work. All I had to do was send high res digital copies. I was very nervous about doing that, but I did it anyway. Then they sent me a questionnaire to fill out which I did. Then I didn't hear from them for 2 months. I figured I was taken somehow, but really wasn't sure how. I pictured my prints for sale in velvet in Korean markets or something.

Then I heard from them again. They asked if didn’t mind being on the cover. I said sure, but as long as they sent me a copy. Well lo and behold I get this beautiful glossy, well produced magazine in the mail. With a painting I painted on the cover. Then a big article about me with my photo and other paintings. But the whole thing is in Korean. For all I know they were talking about this stupid Canadian hack that doesn't know how to paint.

I really don't know what my point here is. I guess that I did this and it was legit. So you've got nothing to lose but your time.
