So i was just reading through the new ammendments to the 2257 regs and there are a few major and some minor changes to the original set of 2257 regulations, the ones i have noticed so far are....

1) 2257 link must be on every page of a website, not just the main page.
2) Redacted IDs are fine now.
3) They have 'kind of' defined what a lascivious exhibition is, its still broad but we have a better idea now at least.
4) Foreign providers can definately accept foreign IDs for the purposes of 2257, this is something that was currently unclear.
5) They clarified that an original producer doesnt need to keep records of URLs for their content of which they have no control, so free content is going to be 'safe' again.

What other changes have you folks noticed so far in these new 2257 ammendments?

Regards,

Lee
