Ever have a complete mind block when you are building a new site?

I have this perfect concept for a free site but no matter how hard i try i cant get it into html form

Ive even drawn it out on paper and it dosnt look like how i want it to :eek:

Im thinking its not meant to happen today

Oh I HATE when that happens! You can see it in your head, but not getting it onto the web page ... ugh! Sometimes if I just walk away for a bit, go do something, take a long soak in the tub, or even sleep on it I'll catch some inspiration on how to get the image from my brain onto that blank piece of web paper!

I find it also helps to bounce your ideas off your mates via icq...personally I think Bec is really good at taking abstract ideas and turning them into a wicked looking site. Give her a try, Lee!

I completely understand where you are coming from Lee, I am currently designing a new website, gaypornportal.net and I am kicking myself over how to lay it out, where to have links and in what frequency. Oh well, the logo is getting there so I'll let everyone know when I've finally sorted it so I can get some good feedback,

I agree with Chillhost... Bec is so good at bringing visions
into reality... maybe you could sketch it on paper and fax
it to her...
