What Do You Think A Realistic PPS Payout Is?

I know we have all seen sponsors offering pay per signup ranging from $20 per sale thru to $100 per sale on promo days but i wondered, realistically, what do you think the PPS payout should be if a 'standard' was set?

Say someone joins a site for $3 and you sent that surfer who became a member, what PPS payout would you expect to get and not have to worry whether you were being shaved or whether the members area of the site was loaded with feeds and upsells?

For a PPS on a $3 trial, I'd be very suspicious of getting a bad deal at anything above $35 payout. I consider $25 to $35 payouts for tours with popups to be reasonable.

I expect, no sorry, i demand, not have to worry about being shaved at any level. If i caught a sponsor shaving and had proof i would post it on every board i could find. Shaving = theft and that doesnt change if i get paid $20 pps or $2000 pps (allthough i may forgive if they paid that much ).

I agree that above $35 id worry but i tend to trust nats and i know that TMM have suspended programs in the past that they caught out. So if it was nats i wouldnt think they were shaving but probably had poor ratios so have to keep webmasters somehow. Thats probably wrong, but its my impression.

Member area upsells are irrelivant to me on a pps program. I dont care as im not getting rebills anyway.
