exit traffic

where do you send exit traffic? do you have somewhere that converts or do you just let it go to google and such?

I stopped sending it off to google years ago, they sure don't need the outbound link credits!

Some sites I've done an exit to some sort of upsell, but then if it's kids, they can't buy stuff.

I did pick up a great list of teen sites at Pride this year, and thinking of trying some of those for exit traffic.
