submitting sites to directories

Do you still submit your sites to Dmoz and other large directories? So many of these seem to be in limbo for approvals and have declining traffic, do you think its worth it to submit to them still?

I used to be very adamant about going down a list of adult directories including the dmoz, but after jumping through all the hoops, it seemed they never got listed. I really don't try to do those now, figuring they'll eventually leech off of yahoo or google and get 'em in there.
