What are your work habits?

Do you guys sit all day, and just work work work, till you are done, or do you work, get up do something else, go back to work, and make it an all day affair?

I find that I typically work, then do something else, then work, then do something else, then work... which makes it seem like all i do is work even though it is broken up...

What do you guys do?

Two days ago, Greg and I got up, went to the Zoo, then the Botanical Garden, then to the state Cap. Building, then to a 178 Acre Lunatic Asylum built in 1822
