Does anybody have any luck contacting these folks? I haven't. I have been trying for over a month and not gotten a phone call back.

I had an awful time getting them to respond to my emails. By the time they finally did, I had lost interest in buying ad space.

Btw, they did eventually join our affiliate program and they send me some nice sales.

Exactly the same deal here. We used to buy ad space there and it was always productive. But we also find that we have to layoff ANY ad venue for a few months when it starts to slow, then return with new ad material which is seen with fresh eyes by the surfer. However, they keep sending traffic and making sales do to their inclusion in our affiliate program. I do wish they were more responsive. I do not believe in bad-mouthing folks the instant something goes wrong, but I checked back and my first email about returning to the advert program was dated May 7th. I can only guess that they are either chosing to keep this source of traffic for our site to themselves or they are simply not being professional. Telephone, email and online forms have all done nothing.

And it's odd that a company with such a major presence in our market doesn't have a rep to visit the boards and answer questions... or even to promote themselves.

Well maybe I will run into them at a show and they can ask me why Manifest doesn't advertise with them anymore. I will explain that it isn't for want of trying.

I used to deal with them a few years back and I think it was Mike that responded to me promptly and fast via email and chat. I'm not sure if he is still with Men ON The Net, but if you email maybe request Mike.

The salesman I dealt with initially was very good, but he left soon after we signed. The traffic and conversions are very good and with adverts could be better, but I'm not gonna fly to NY beat on the door. I just wondered if it was me or had others had the same issue.

I never have troulbe getting someone on the phone and I've had amazing luck with them. They're also really open to suggestions where it comes to promotional ideas.
