You can 'clean' your adult traffic by redirecting it through a jump page and actually send the mainstream sponsors 'non-adult' traffic because of the cleaning process.

Cleaning traffic is a pretty standard business practice in the adult industry when it comes to wanting to promote non adult affiliate programs.
