It used to be that Russians were big scammers when it came to the adult industry however, as the industry dynamics have changed and more and more younger webmasters have joined it, that perhaps dont have solid work ethics, i am noticing that more and more non-Russian webmasters are doing more than their fair share of scamming.
The most recent incident we all know about was Reece Dylan and his accomplices not one of whom was Russian.

People are the same all over the place, there are plenty honest money making Russians doing porn business. They bring in a large chunk of traffic and produce good sales. There were the times when Russians due to their natural ability to invent created tools for fake click production. But click times are long over, and right now its honest business or no check. Most prefer first option.

Russian webmasters have come a long way to legitimize themselves. Right now, I am seeing the most fraud with Chinese and Indonesian webmasters.
