How To Register Domains In Bulk For A Few Days?

I know some of the larger registrars are able to do this, register several domain names for a two or three day period then if the domains have any type-in traffic, they register them properly otherwise they will dump them and not have to pay for them.

Does anyone know if such a service exists for non domain registrars and if so, where would it be found?

Id like to be able to fund a registrar account with a few thousand and just 'play' with domains in order to get some that have traffic upon registration but so far, the only option i have been able to see is actually starting an ICANN accredited domain registrar and thats a little pricy LOL
