CCBill Declines - "Do not Honor"

I was running a report of declines and I found one that says "Do not Honor". Does anyone have any idea what this reason would be for a decline?

    Thanks. - Michael

I think that's a generic decline message from a particular Visa or Mastercard institution, as in "don't accept this card" ... so in actuality, not any different than "decline" except different wording. Perhaps it was a foreign bank or something.

yes, it is - although back when we ran cards in person, stolen or misused cards were often pickup cards, not just do not honors.

Ok, thanks. The wording was what was confusing me.

Theres actually a page in webadmin that explains what all the 'reasons' are, the only problem is, whenever i need it i can never find it but it is definately in there LOL

Maybe Paul, Mark or Gary can let us know where to find it when they see this thread

    Regards,
