what to do about these join options...

most of the page is being changed but while i liked the font and stuff the actual join options and buttons are in, somehow they don't seem to really pop. i feel they need to be more noticeable. any idears?

Make them the same color as the background with a 2px white stroke around them, in the same box they are already in they'll stand out really well then

Do a two part join page. They work much better. Some form fields on there with the right colors will pull the eye.

Then choose your colors wisely on the next page of the join when they use the pull down menu. You can set the colors right so that many choose the higher join option.

Before reading the comment, I was going to say the same. But maybe add a yellow (or other non site color) gradient to the text and give the text itself a 1pxl stroke in black so the text itself pops off the dark button color.
