If so, how did you find the transition between working part time in the adult industry to working full time?

Would you have done anything differently looking back to when you were working at this part time compared to what you know now?

In all honesty, I jump from full time to part time every month or so in adult.

Some months I have to spend full time on my ebay biz. Other months it's porn. And some months it's full time at both.

Looking back all I can say is with experience now, I would try to take advantage of the 80/20 rule in biz, that says you spend 20% of your time making 80% of your money. I guess what i am saying is work on sites/projects that make me money.

If a crappy designed free site sells better than a nicely designed one, crank out the crap rather than spend time on nice css style sheets that surfers don't give a damn about.

If I can convert a sponsor at 1:500 w/ TGP traffic, I wouldn't have bothered trying for the 1:200 with google. It's 100 times easier to get 500 clicks to a sponor from tgp than 200 from google.

Stuff like that, I guess.
