How Do You Learn About New Sites To Promote?

Do you tend to stick to reading the boards and looking for sponsors advertising on the various industry resources and boards or do you check out press releases and stuff?

What method do you pay more attention to when finding out about new sites available to you to promote from the various sponsors?

Another way to find new sites is to look at sites like our SMAQ.com and they have a New Sites category and although some of the sites are not necessarily brand new, many of them are. So I check our New Sites category at least once a week.

In the past, I did the blog circle (checked through the major blog sites, JUB,QC, WB,BG) and found new sites from people who don't use forums.

The downside is the lack of webmaster input about the programs.

Word of Mouth from friends and such, Blogs like Idolknights mentioned, and the boards. And if that all fails, then I go hunt down what the wife is drooling over and see if it'll fit into my master devious plan of internet domination... okay, so it ain't going to plan, yet... :crazy:
