Rand MPA Cascading Through Epoch > CCBill

Can you let me know how this works?

Do i need to have a CCBill account for you guys to cascade payments to CCBill if an Epoch transaction is declined or do you do this automatically through a central account?

In essence i guess what im asking is, for me to take advantage of your cascading features, do i need to pay an additional $750 Visa fee to CCBill or just have your Visa fee to handle this?

    Regards,

    Lee

To process an account with any secondary processor, you yourself must have an account with that processor. Each US IPSP that you use requires that you pay the $750 Visa registration fee. If you are processing your transactions as an EU merchant, the Visa fee is not required.

    EU merchants don't pay fees?
Is this valid for both Visa and Mastercard or just to Visa?

MasterCard doesn't charge a registration fee. Visa only charges the fee to US merchants. However, if you are not located in the EU region you can not process as an EU merchant. Further, EU merchants are required to pay VAT which may be more than Visa registration fees in the US.
