I have a work around for Epoch not wanting to process for me, one of my new business partners is going to be setting up a new account for some sites in our new company name, then ill be 'buying' that account from him once everything is up and running

I like the workaround, but honestly, I gotta say that if you've reached out and they have not responded to ICQs or emails, why not go with Verotel? Doesn't seem to me like twisting the arm of a company to get them to take your money is the wisest idea.

The other thing I would suggest is picking up the phone. They may be able to passively dodge the issue by not responding to emails and ICQs, but it will be a lot harder to dodge phonecalls, and in situations like this, I don't believe a company should be allowed to simply stay silent.
