Good afternoon everybody!

I just started my new gay website. Its the first website that im starting in the porn business. Its been a lot of work these past 2 months but now im happy its done and almost ready to go.

I would like to have some real feedbacks from everyone. I want to know what you think about my site. If you have any advise, shoot. I think its good for me to know what everybody thinks about it.

Im new in the porn business like i told you before and on top of that im straight. My partner is gay! ouff.. Whitout him i can`t make it for sure..Hes knows more than me whats happening, but slowly im starting to learn! :pimp:

it's off to a good start, design wise. the video sample rocks for the niche, but the video cap shown (stevevid) is not hardcore and looks more like it will be an interview video.

mature men is a GREAT niche that we don't see enough of.

you need more tour pages and episodes shown in the tour. i'm not really getting the "your flavour" as a title. i like promoting sites where the title tells what the site is about - site names/domains like musclemenxxx, gayboysfeet, nudemalemuscle and so forth.

also reality sites pretty much always have a small sample clip from the video episodes, but your big pic on the only listed episode goes to the join page.

why do you use your name all over the site?

Basschick made some very good points indeed. The biggest thing that jumped out at me is that you are talking thes urfer to the signup page way too quickly. Your tour needs to do two things...one is get them hot enough to want to get inside and the second is tell them what they are getting for their money's worth it.

I also agree that the domain name doesn't match the focus of the site which isn't necessarily a deal breaker IF the tour properly illustrates the focus of the site. But since the domain name doesn't clue the surfer in on what's inside, perhaps a logo or tag line that could be used as branding would help a lot.

Now comes the feedback...

The tour is too short. As basschick said, you need more episode samples... even if it's only pics. Perhaps if you split the sample vid into several clips featuring the different models. The text effects on the sample clip are wasting lots of bandwith... more action, less text!

The name is a little odd. I suspect it may be an issue with english being your second language. The name should be more descriptive of the niche.

The text is little vague. For example:

Hot older gentlemen in softcore action

Maybe that should be "hardcore", especially since you mention rim jobs, orgies, etc. That is hardly softcore. You should really be pushing the mature and amateur angles more. This is such an under-served niche, if you market this site agressively to this niche, you should be very successful.

I suggest that you have a copywriter produce some new text for you and have a SEO expert make your site more SE friendly. And also make your tour deeper with more clips and clickable thumbnails

One little thing. Sometimes you spell it "your flavour" and sometimes your spell it "your flavor"; the inconsistency bothered me personally. I notice that you have both domains yourflavour.com and yourflavor.com pointing to the same site, so both bases are covered.
