Epoch password problems

Is anyone experiencing problems with Epoch writing to your password file?

Over the past week, about 1 new member per day has not been able access our site because Strongbox has no record of the username/password. The problem seems to be increasing in frequency as we've had several today.

We had this same problem a few months back but it started only with CCbill and then Epoch became effected too. We had NatNet, CCbill, Epoch and Ray from Strongbox all working on the problem. The problem was resolved but no one claimed to know what was wrong or who had even fixed it.

get in touch with epoch to ensure that you have the latest password cgi management script installed, this may help.

FYI not only do the user name not show up when Strongbox is used
to list the password file, but from my understanding it's not seen if
you download the password file via FTP, either. The user just doesn't get
added to the password file when they join.

All seems to be well now. Epoch has installed the new script. I bothered Ray and Luke today and they both gave me some much needed education. Thanks guys!
