This may be old news, but next time you check your referral stats, keep an eye out for links coming from anonym.to

Yesterday I got 97 hits that looked like this:
http://anonym.to/?http://lavenderlounge.com

Looked innocent to me, but then we did some checking a realized it was masking a link from gayhack.com

Is that the "proxies" that someone was writing about the other day?

you're getting linked to by password trading forums
that's to mask refferer so you don't see which forum the surfers are comming from

Exactly. I didn't explain that properly, but yes, it's a link to a password sharing site that is being masked. The irony is, though, the passwords posted don't even work for my site.

Ignore my question about proxies, that's is apparently a different issue.
