You do realize by 'gay' I mean a man who has sex with other men?

This will now be the 6th blogspot site this same guy has had! We have gotten 3 of his previous blogspot site taken down.

Problem is that Blogger/Google doesn't block the IP of the repeat infringer, only the username/account of that blog.

His blog gets shut down and he just turns around and starts a new one with a new username...six different times!

At what point does Blogger/Google have liability to control what goes on in their system? Their "repeat infringer policy" is a fucking joke, as evidenced by this guy!

All the big ISPs don't even have repeat infringer policies, really. I mean they may have some sort of "policy" in place somewhere (that none of their staffers are aware of, apparently), but Google (through blogger/blogspot most especially), Yahoo! (through Yahoo! groups most especially) and Myspace are all jokes when it comes to doing anything about anything.

They go out of their way to make it difficult for anyone to submit complaints or notices, while going out of their way to make it easy for copyright violators to post others' intellectual property, steal, and distribute via their systems.
