WTF? Do You Know The Basic Laws In Your Country?

That relate to pornography, sex, age of consent, when someone is considered a minor etc?

Im amazed the amount of people who actually dont that ARE going to end up in prison or worse if they dont educate themselves soon about these types of basic laws.

    Regards,

    Lee

In canada the age of consent is 16 (ofcourse for porn product it's 18).
CP, bestiality and rape porn are illigal, and I just find out that even if a model is 18, if he or she look under 18, make them look under or if they'r object related to kid in the pic or video like toys, it's consider illegal. I stop promoting some twinks sites because of it, some twinks site are questionable under canadian laws, well probably under any countries laws for that matter.

Yes, of course I do.. plus the laws of any other countries I'm going to for working in adult business. It's essential to my well being.

For example, there is a country I would love to go for doing photography but the laws of this country don't allow adult modeling within in its borders or for its citizens. It's a pity but that's the law, so I just go there to visit friends and do some tourist stuff.

Dev, A lot of places in America are like this.

The laws per say don't state filming/modeling but the sex laws themselves detail acts that is performed are illegal. So shooting them would also be illegal.

But I think, if I remember right, places like NC also have adult modeling laws.

a lot of people i talk to think they know the laws here, but they don't. it's really scary since they are risking jail while feeling secure that they're doing everything right.

The country in question has again criminalized sex work in 2001 with strong support of some women's rights groups. Of course this is mainly aimed on prostitution and sex trafficking, but it also covers modeling work and other activities in the sex industry like strip dancing.

As very often an actually well intended law is used like cutting grass with chain saw.

In Albania and Romania, sex work is a criminal offense. In Ukraine, sex work is an administrative offense. In Lithuania sex workers are penalized and in Latvia sex work is illegal, but not penalized.

And as with many countries these days, as a citizen the laws of your country apply worldwide. Even if it isn't a crime in the country you were involved in something that is considered a crime in your home country, you can (or will) be prosecuted at home.

well put. and it seems like people against adult material can't differentiate, either - they're sort of an all or nothing group.
