You can start with a book entitled "Publish and Prosper: Blogging for Your Business" by DL Byron and Steve Broback.

Otherwise, maybe you should initiate "Take a Blogger to Lunch Day."

i doubt there are tutorials anywhere
you just have to search around, read boards google some of the mainstream blogs an apply what you learn there

Got a project in progress for this -- but that doesn't help you right now. Best bet is to try and narrow down your question, and then google for some answers. You can also post questions here and those of us that blog can try to assist you.
