What is exactly considered obscene now?

So I know that ***********, child porn, scat is considered obscene..
Is pissing / watersports in there cause I heeard people say it is considered obscene but I also see it coming out all the time on video and on websites so Im assuming that is not the case anymore..

Also does anyone have a definitive list of what is considered obscene here in america.

I just wanna brush myself up on these things and know them very well cause I do believe it is important and I also cant find anything really definitive on google at this very moment in time..

Two of those you mentioned are not really as much obscene as they are against the law. I would say scat is consider obscene by most community standards.

there is no definitive definition of obscenity - obscenity is defined by "community standards", so what might be found obscene in alabama may not be found obscene in california. there are acts that are a lot more likely to be found obscene by your average jury, although you never know.

God! That is so fucking stupid.. All that does is make things way more difficult you think they would set a STANDARD for the whole united states instead of making it to where each state has its own law on what they considered obscenity..

It is not like each state and go control what people look at online really.. So even if there is an obscenity law there you can still access say "scat" porn from california if you are in texas which doesnt allow it LOL that was just an example.. Am I right on that one??

you're correct that it's not the states that control it. and there is no state or city that has "pre-approved" non obscene acts. just because one jury found something to be not obscene in, say, california doesn't mean it's free and clear. later on, another jury in california might find it obscene during another case - i think.
