Are there any Mac users here?

I want to import movies, cut them up and produce MPG clips for the web. What's the best application for this?

Premiere is way too comlex, but i'll learn if this is my only option.

iMovie only imports from video cameras. but is very easy to use.

You can try Final Cut Express. Its from apple. good software but just make sure you buy the latest version and read exactly what it will and will not do

I use final cut pro, but it can be a bit picky importing some types of Mpgs. iMovie is ok, but just ok...hope that helps.
