    Searching for: Javascript that checks if a textarea was scrolled down

    Hi,

    I'm looking for a piece of javascript that checks if a textarea was scrolled down and then enable a button so the user can only push the button after "reading" whats inside the textarea

    Anybody?

    I know the CCBill new client signup form has that JavaScript on it, maybe you could get in touch with one of their reps and see if they could grab the code for you
