Big Grin New to the industry...

Im Robb.. w/ CollegeBoysLiveTampa.com our main site is CollegeBoysLive.com in the last month I have joined in with them as a model and have decided to focus my marketing and networking abilities in this direction. I have since picked up some nice sponsors such as IDLube, JustUsBoyz, Andrew Christian, and Jaculex (Romex). And have been getting offers from local club owners that I know to hold events. I am sorta lost at what is the best approach in this market to learn more about the market so I am caught up in a fast speed. Does anyone have any suggestions on a crash course?

I hope I am posting this in the right place.

    Good Shit

    Hey Robb-

Welcome to GWW and the Industry!

The best advice I can give to a newbie is STAY INVOLVED! There really aren't any specific 'crash-course' guides that explain everything you need to know; but webmaster boards (such as this one) are a GREAT way to meet other industry people and stay connected. By making friends and working with other companies you will learn a great deal about the industry and good ways to promote/market your product.

Another thing that I highly recommend is to attend a few of the Industry Trade Shows. Some are better than others and the people here can best advise those shows to attend; but it's definitely a good way to make some personal connections.

In marketing it's all about the connections you have...the more people you know; the more people will know your product
