do you use hosted promo tools?

I'm seeing more and more affiliate programs with "hosted" this and "hosted" that.

How much of their Hosted promo tools do you use and what tools do you pass up because you don't have a use for them?

Hosted galleries I use a lot. However most programs get little exposure as their 20 hosted galleries don't get much exposure in a database of 20k galleries.

I'm also using FHG's, about 7000 or 8000 of them and also some TGP plugins and RSS feeds for blogs.

I never use hosted banners. I host them by myself, because I run my own banner script. Also I hate it, if my sites are loading slow, because some banners are not loading from a sponsor host.

Something I was going to ask, actually.

Should I bother making hosted galleries and are they going to get used or should I just give people the banners and content and let them make their own galleries.

And Patti.. what do you mean by Free Hosted Sites?

I have actually found myself using hosted promo tools more and more lately as 'bonus' content on free sites that im building and so far, it looks to be working quite well.

I use hosted galleries extensively. I like free hosted sites, too, but so far have only used them from one sponsor, so I am not sure how well they do. I won't use the you-tube style video plugins for 2257 concerns.
