Do you have a copy of BlogsOrganizer yet? It has an auto-ping service that lets you enter your list and it will automatically ping those sites every time a new post is entered. It does really well for keeping search engines crawling your blogs and getting good s.e. traffic.

I'm using Wordpress cuz I coded a small plugin which I use for making posts - if it is possible to use it with Wordpress Blog software (checked it, and it seems like it does) I would think about using it.
I'm just a little confused on what Blogs Automater does - I guess I'll just hit you up on ICQ and ask you my many many confusing questions

yes it works with wp or any blog software and any freehosted blogs too. Its a blogging system, you enter your blog posts within this one interface and enter your RSS feeds and links and everything else related to your blog and the BO product does all the posting work for you. For RSS feeds, it can also do headers/footers/word replacements to make your posts unique yet effortless. It does auto-pinging every time a post is made, it can resubmit posts after X days, etc etc.
I currently run about 40-50 blogs, most of them are fully automated and most make a few sales every week. Its an easy way to get extra income.

your blog software pings services whenever you post a new blog item to your blog - this way the services know you published, fetch the new post and make it searchable on their site, thus sending you users
