I'd like to start trying out blogs. I'm new to this and don't know much about it. Can anyone shoot me some advice, tips and tricks.

what are good places to get my blogs noticed? I know there is something like blogger.mydomain.com or blogspot.mydomain.com does anyone know what im talking about?

If you go to a free host for your blogs, like blogger, make sure to read the TOS as to what kind of content you can have on it. Personally I'd host my own, and then market it like any other site. Make sure its added to often, has a good clean look to it, and is properly laid out.

Lots depends on the choice of software, but I use Wordpress and love it. The themes are easy to integrate, alter for the most part, plus the plug ins (add on programs) make it super easy to add some fancy little tricks.

Keep your categories on theme too, use the 'tag' feature for better SEO tactics, and above all else, make sure you have both text and images.

If you have any specific questions, fire away, as many here do blogs. If you need anything special, give me a holler.

If you aren't wanting to host your own, not sure but several companies offer adult blog hosting. I think even Lee (GWW Lee) is restarting the GWW Blogs, and not sure but I think Top Bucks has it as well.

Actually, if you just want to get an idea of what it takes to run a blog, go make a free account at www.thumblogger.com or www.sensualwriter.com and try it out. Figure out some sort of blog site / niche name that someone hasn't grabbed up yet to create the account. What happens is you'll get your niche/site name as a subdomain of thumblogger or sensualwriter. Both of these free blogging sites are designed for the adult webmaster, so selling porn off of them is OK.
