AEBN Poor Customer Service

Is there ANYONE on this board who can help me get my AEBN rep to do anything? I know others have volunteered, but to no avail. What do you do when your rep just ignores you over and over and over?

Have you tried contacting Chris Baker at AEBN? He's our rep and all you have to do is email him. I know due to the holiday's and such his response maybe slow but in normal cases, he response back within 24 hours.

Yeah the must be busy, I have been waiting for a response to an email from AEBN since December 4th. They said they will get to me soon, but we're still waiting.

They are busier than normal. I have been waiting for a couple weeks for 2 custom theaters. Normally they are done in less than a week.
