Will you start promoting it?

Do you wait a little while before adding it in to your mix of paysites to promote or do you tend to start pushing it straight away?

For me it depends on the niche, for most straight niches ill wait a week or two but for most gay niches ill typically start to push a new site the same day i learn about it.

How long does it take you folks to start promoting a new site after it has been launched by one of your sponsors?

depends. if the tour is something i can sell, and the program isn't new, i'll generally go for it pretty quick.

If the site has a number of pluses, I'll jump on it right away. Pluses are great tour, underserved niche or good new content, good promotional materials, and I've got my own content that matches the site. Ho-hum new sites will just get FHG's posted whenever I get around to it. Awful new sites will get no promotion, of course.

This is something I do very badly, youve analysed the site according to what you think you can work with.

I wonder if thats why I have a string of sponsors Ive signed up to but not been able to sell, because I jump in too quick.
