Right side or Left side navigation?
Anyone ever done tests on which customers click more when you have multiple menu choices for them to choose from?

Top and right get more clicks because that is the natural way to 'read' a page.
Ive actually tested this with click tracking inside the Condom Cash members areas and a top with right nav menu got far more clicks than a top, top with left, top left and bottom, or strangely enough, just a right nav menu.

I keep my toolbars at the top. I also use a two-mouse setup, with one on each side. Being fairly ambidextrous I like using both hands, but I find myself using the left mouse more. I cannot stand the one-button Mac mouse. Two buttons for my laptop mouse and 4 button models for my PC. And a scrolling wheel is a necessity!
