Promoting on YouTube

what does it take for Youtube to accept adult vid clips?

I want to promote some of my vids on there but they're flagged and removed after a few 1000 hits.

But some webmaster's have been able to keep their adult vids on YT without them being flagged or removed:

does anyone know what they've had to do to have them be accepted?
