Fox News is running a story about some blooming idiot that took pictures of teenage boys at water polo matches and then put them on a website. The images are just swimsuit shots, but it sounds like the webmaster mixed in adult images with the swimsuit pictures.

Fox News, of course, has its hair on fire because it was a gay website and it must be just awful for these boys to be associated with being gay.

I think there was no crime committed, but most likely the boys who play water polo have parents that can file civil lawsuits (and maybe win one or two) that will put the webmaster and photographer in a World of Hurt.

People have absolutedly no common sense.
It's one thing to have adult public waterpolo photos on a website with nudity...

-ANY-one in this country, in this industry should know better than to have underage photos even vaguely associated with any industry site. It's just inviting trouble. The only excuse is if he got the pictures under the impression that they were adults... but from what I hear, you can tell they weren't.

The photos were taken as sports photography and not intended for porn sites. It was shady porn webmasters who jacked them.

It's an affiliate of a few major programs. He also has a site featuring girls but uses just one sponsor.

I notified one of the sponsors that their name was prominent on this gay site and they may want to dump the affiliate but haven't heard back. One of the sponsors has posted on this forum and I know we (well, mostly me since godnose a certain someone doesn't do much on his own gay sites anymore, not that I'm complaining!) refused to review their sites as the models looked too damned young.

It never ceases to amaze me as to the stupidity of some people in this industry. I came across a site here in Australia the other day that featured a well known restaurant and this guy sent two topless girls through the drive through in a convertable and they shot the reaction of the drivethrough attendant who was clearly just a kid at best. Needless to say, according to a model I talked to about it who was in one of his videos, that site hasnt been updated for a long long time, probably pending legal action no doubt. Stupid stupid stupid!!:cowboy:

It's all pretty evil. I sometimes think people saw "Boogie Nights" and thought they could be just as creative and inventive with adult entertainment ... and without consequences.
