Is Birthday Head Mandatory?

So it was Garys birthday yesterday and he's trying to persuade me that its mandatory to give birthday head.

Just wondered what you folks thought about this 'rule'?

I know its mandatory for me to get Birthday head when its his Birthday but ive never heard about this new rule before tonight.

My rule is that I get to celebrate Birth WEEK instead of Birth DAY.
