Absolutely, whenever i find a fraudulent affiliate i post about it, as do others.

Definitely, we put it in our terms that if a webmaster is found fraudulent we can post their info anywhere we want.

I agree that their actions should be made public to protect the rest of us from falling for their scams.

We aren't seeing much of it happening probably because smaller and even larger programs' fear getting DoS-ed out of existence
Yep, I agree. Once you have proof of affiliate fraud, post it.
