    Abercrombie store manager charged with obscenity

    Oh my god some people are nuts!

    Faux News has an "uncensored" view of the poster that caused so much commotion the police had to take down the poster and charge the store manager:

    A & F has initially said they intend to prevail. I think all they would have to do is send a photographer around the city and photograph guys with their pants hanging low and the case would be won.


    I don't complain about A & F posters -- other than to complain that they are not for sale!

    But I'll bet A&F was happy with the free advertising... even if it cost them a few dollars in legal fees, that amount would be less than TV or web advertising.
