Skills required:

- Mac OS (basic to advanced)
- Windows XP / Vista (basic)
- Good typing skills
- Attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Organization
- HTML (basic)
- PHP (basic)
- Ability to work independently or as a team
Duties include:
- Answering support calls, emails, live chat and online tickets
- Fix server issues through SSH or remote desktop
- Enter new customers in online billing system
- Work on internal projects
- Occasional On Call duties
