Is Veretol Screwing Over Affiliates?

We are in the process of putting up new banners from our affiliates, while we were making sure that linking codes and tracking was working correctly, we discovered that Veretol is not passing the correct information, and we are not getting credit for sales. Is this a Veretol problem or the fault of the site owner? I even did a test transaction and it does not show the sales.

We used FireFox browser, cleared the cache and cookies and when we used the linking code with our Verotal ID, it is dropping the wrong cookie. Anyone else noticed this?

I get sales referrals from Verotel affiliates all day long :bunny:

that one has a JUB redirect, not a verotel code.

the code should look like this:
http://links.verotel.com/cgi-bin/sho...00000000000000
the XXXXX is the url of the sponsor site and the 00000s are your affiliate account.
