Legal Niches You Wont Touch?

I was wondering if there were any legal niches that you folks wont promote?

I know a lot of you dont promote bareback sites, but other than that, are there other niches you dont promote because they make you feel uncomfortable?

A big one for me is tranny, i just cant wrap my head around the niche, i have tried before but i can never seem to understand the niche.

So what about the rest of you, are there legal niches other than bareback, that you wont touch?

That site was pretty bad, but I saw one that was worse in the past. I cannot remember the name of it, but it had people hammering nails through a guys balls. (yes, through the nut)

I am really up in the air about this, like lets take Watesports, I will not touch it on a promoting aspect, UNLESS, I am on the receiving end of it. I haven't done it yet, but if someone pisses all over me, or down my throat for that matter, and I film it, I would put it up. While it may be borderline obscene, we have seen from the last obscenity prosecution that jurors in the case actually did think about everything at hand.

I don't think a jury would convict me with me telling them that I like to get pissed on, and I do it to myself and I have others do it to me, and that I find people local to my community to do it. Also, I could bring in Craigslist ads from my community showing that other people are wanting the same thing, take in videos that sell in my area of water sports, I just don't think it would be prosecutable. Especially now that we have Craigslist, even in rural Tennessee you will find ads for people into all sorts of shit, which could set the bar for local community standards.

Of course, I am no attorney, so ask Chad if you want to know if my option is viable

The thing for me is, I would never want to be dragged through the court system in the first place. As the saying goes, freedom isn't free, and the idea of having to spend $50,000 or $100,000 to defend a court action and convince a jury that it's OK to have someone pee on me is, for me at least, not where I'd prefer to spend my money.

Thing is, I don't think it would ever go through the court system. If it is filming random people pissing on each other, IMO the government would rather drag them through it, if it is an individual that is not only filming the actions, but also on the receiving end, it would be, again IMO, much more of a difficult case.

Something else I just read and did not previously realize: Miller specifically mentions "excretory functions" as something covered within obscenity:

Whether the work depicts/describes, in a patently offensive way, sexual conduct or excretory functions [2] specifically defined by applicable state law

Granted, the prosecutor would still have to get over the other Miller hurdles and the hurdle of "patently offensive", but the fact that excretory functions are specifically mentioned makes me a little more nervous.

As Chad has said several times, prosecutors tend to go for the slam dunk, so "iffy" cases are unlikely to get prosecuted. There's risk within just about every part of this business, and I guess each of us has varying levels of comfort with different types of risk, but for me, it's always felt like something that's a bit over the line.

nope... have worked some very strange and extreme niches and have yet to find something that i didnt want to give a wack at promoting..

So if its legal i will give it a shot when i have the time for new sites..
